The purpose of the International Board of Functional Neurology (IBFN) Fellowship Exams is to certify that health care practitioners have, and can, apply the knowledge, skills, and abilities involved in Functional Neurology, the sub-specialties within the field, and all the associated anatomical and physiological areas in the treatment of human beings. These certifications are for the protection of the public, so the public may be assured that certified practitioners meet the minimum standards as determined by this Board. IBFN not only focuses on academic standards, we also focus on clinical research with international colleagues who are actively aligning clinical practice with advances in neuroscience. After graduating from Purdue with a Bachelor of Science Degree, she attended and graduated from NUHS as a Doctor of Chiropractic in 2008. Since establishing her private practice in 2009 Dr. Norini has continued her own education and pursuit of knowledge. Teaching excellence, and understanding the academic process, stemmed from teaching anatomy at Triton College and Roosevelt University in 2010 and 2011 respectively. Dr. Norini became a Certified Doula (DONA) in 2017, and a HypnoBirthing Childbirth Educator in 2019. Being an IAFNR member since 2016, and taking all the CND courses as well as other CEU programs, position Dr. Norini to lead and guide our programs here at IBFN.
